How ApplianceAce works

ApplianceAce is a referral marketplace, not an appliance repair company. When you submit a service request, we route it to the highest-rated licensed pro currently available in your area. That pro contacts you to schedule, arrives at the agreed time, runs the diagnostic, and quotes the repair in writing before any work begins. The diagnostic visit fee — typically $35–$110 depending on market — goes entirely to the pro. ApplianceAce charges the pro a referral fee; you never pay us anything.

Pros in the network are vetted on state licensing, business registration, insurance, customer review history, and first-visit fix rate. Pros who fall below the standard are filtered out of the network. That ongoing filter is the core of the marketplace value.
